"Repair of Our Pinball Machine"
We encountered a small problem with our pinball machine, and when I reached out to The Games Room Company, they scheduled a service visit for us. We had to wait a couple of weeks for the part to be ordered, but the technician showed up on the promised date and replaced the defective component. He was a really nice and accommodating young guy, eager to assist with any other queries we might have had. Given that the machine is over 45 years old, it had undergone a complete refurbishment, and aside from that minor issue, it’s been running like a champ. Trust me, it gets a lot of action!

"Rock-Ola Jukebox Experience"
I purchased a jukebox from The Games Room Company around August/September 2021, and I must say, their communication was top-notch. All my interactions were super positive and friendly, and everyone I spoke to was professional and really helpful.

The jukebox I got was slightly modified since it’s an old original model, and finding the right parts for the refurb was a bit of a task. However, we talked it over beforehand to make sure I was on board with everything.

The machine was finally ready for shipping in October 2022. Sure, it took six months longer than I initially thought, but it wasn’t like I was left in the dark. They kept me updated on the progress and sent over pictures whenever they could.

I totally get that these things take time, and I appreciate the effort. In the real world, things don’t always go smoothly, but the team I worked with was always there to explain what was going on.

Delivery went off without a hitch, and the installation was quick and pretty straightforward. The guys who set it up made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Since then, there have been a couple of minor issues to sort out, but they’ve been in touch and offered to help fix them, which is all you can ask for. I’m confident these little hiccups will be resolved soon.

"Fantastic pinball game"
This pinball game is fantastic and totally worth the wait. There were moments when the company could've been a bit more on the ball with updates, but they've definitely stepped it up recently. The delivery team was super helpful. I'm planning to swing by the shop soon to check out the vintage jukeboxes.

"Exceptional Support from The Games Room Company"
A few years back, I decked out my home in the Algarve with a full game room setup from The Games Room Company. Recently, my vintage Coke machine from the 1950s started acting up. Alexander went above and beyond by arranging for one of his engineers to FaceTime me, even though the guy was on vacation and there was a 7-hour time difference. We spent 45 minutes on the call, and I never felt rushed; in fact, the engineer was super eager to help me sort out the problem (and believe me, I’m no tech whiz)! Now that’s what I call top-notch service.

"Got a refurbished AC/DC Pinball..."
I bought a refurbished AC/DC Pinball machine from the Games Room, and it showed up 6 months after I placed the order. But honestly, it was totally worth the wait! The machine is in fantastic shape—like brand new. I’d definitely recommend their craftsmanship. My family is really enjoying the game graphics and the AC/DC tunes. Big thanks to the Games Room!

"Pirates of the Caribbean Pinball Machine Review"
We are absolutely thrilled with our recent acquisition of a Pirates of the Caribbean Pinball machine from The Games Room. I had the chance to check out the restoration process and met Mark, who really showcased his skills; he’s a true asset to the company. The entire team was fantastic to work with, and visiting the showroom was a real treat. Alexander (the CEO) and Piotr took charge of the delivery and setup at our place, which made everything go smoothly and felt very professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this company. "Huge shoutout to Paul and John for their..."
Huge shoutout to Paul and John for the awesome service call last Friday. My Rock-Ola Princess was having an issue with the carousel spinning non-stop. Paul walked me through a fix over a WhatsApp video call, and after about 30 minutes and some adjustments, the Princess was up and running again. "Top-notch support and skilled technician."
Right before Christmas, our new Rock Ola started acting up. I reached out to the company, and an engineer called me to chat about what might be going wrong. Soon after, I got a message saying the engineer would come by. We set up a date and time, and he showed up right on the dot, swapped out the turntable motor, and even offered some helpful tips. The whole experience, from the engineer's visit to the final outcome, was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Amazing service! We received our stunning new jukebox yesterday, and it looks fantastic. Alexander, the CEO, along with Peter, dedicated a good chunk of their time to help us out - they even took the effort to set up my collection of over 80 vinyl records. Two awesome guys, really appreciate it!

"Bought a pinball table from this company"
I bought a pinball table from this company. Unfortunately, the product was defective, and they wouldn’t reply to my emails or voice messages. Other companies involved in the supply chain, like Stern and Electrocoin, were super quick to get back to me, but they couldn’t do anything without hearing from the Games Room Company. After over a month of attempts, I’m still waiting for a response from them. I won’t be buying anything from them again.

"The Extended Edition of Lord of the Rings!"
After what feels like one of the longest journeys in pinball history, I finally got my hands on the Lord of the Rings machine. The tale of buying and getting it delivered took nearly as long as the trilogy's filming and is just as fulfilling. Dawn was awesome during the buying phase, John has been super helpful all along, and Mark really nailed it by fixing the issues I faced at first - those pesky intermittent faults are tough to tackle, but now the game runs like a dream. The Games Room Company was great about working with me to make sure I was totally happy with my purchase, and I sure am! Hats off to everyone involved.

"Awesome Pinball Game"
Big shoutout to The Games Room Company for hooking us up with a 2008 Indiana Jones pinball game, and let me tell ya, it's AMAZING! It showed up a day later than we wanted because of some last-minute tweaks and a downpour, but that didn't dampen my husband's joy when he got his birthday surprise. They even swung by the next day to replace a little light bulb! Thanks a ton, TGRC! Just hoping we don't wear it out with all the playtime it's getting these days!

"Rock-Ola Princess Repair"
Yesterday, Paul Thornley did an awesome job on our newly bought Rock-Ola Princess, which had been having some selection issues. He performed an extensive service on the machine, and after installing a new solenoid and doing some recalibration, we're back in business and super satisfied. Paul's commitment to his work and professionalism is truly top-notch. Wishing all the best to Paul and the crew at the Games Room!
